We are seeking a skilled and dynamic ERP Manager to lead our Oracle & SAP ERP strategy across multiple modules. The ideal candidate is not only strong technically but also business-savvy, capable of making key decisions, hiring ERP talent, and driving end-to-end ERP implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead ERP implementation, upgrades & integration (Oracle & SAP).
- Manage 4–5 SAP modules (MM, ABAP, FI/CO, SD, PP, etc.).
- Partner with leadership to align ERP systems with business goals.
- Screen, hire & build ERP teams as per project requirements.
- Ensure ERP compliance, reporting, and system security.
- Collaborate with vendors & stakeholders for seamless operations.
- Provide strategic ERP insights for business decision-making.
- 10–15+ years of ERP experience with Oracle + SAP expertise.
- Proven track record in end-to-end ERP implementation.
- Strong functional & technical exposure across multiple SAP modules.
- Ability to recruit, lead, and mentor ERP professionals.
- Excellent communication, leadership & stakeholder management skills.
- Smart, confident personality with business acumen.
